Return/Exchange Policy

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then we will accept your return(s) under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be unwashed, not worn, with tags still attached.
  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.
  • If returned by mail, we will issue online store credit once we receive and process the return.
  • If returned in-store you have the option for in-store credit or online.
  • All accessories and sale items are final sale. If these are sent to return and not accepted they can be mailed back to you for an $8 return fee.
  • If merchandise has makeup stains, deodorant marks, or odors it will not be accepted and will be mailed back with an $8 return fee.
  • Shoes must be in original box and packaged in an additional shipping box. Also must be unworn and acceptance will be based on the condition we receive them in.
  • Must be mailed back or brought into the store within 14 days of when your items were delivered.
  • The shipping cost for the return is the customer's responsibility, but we will cover shipping cost if there is a defect of some kind.
  • Please include the invoice/receipt when making the return.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. Please write the new order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the invoice/receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. A credit for the returned amount will be returned to you. All other returns will be issued store credit.
